The thing I love most about coaching is getting to know each person and what is important to you, to build a relationship where we can really dig into your goals and the barriers you may need to overcome to reach those goals. It's important that we can build trust and that you feel comfortable to open up, as making change isn't always just adjusting your alarm clock, or eating more veggies, but if you're ready for it, I'm ready to help you to succeed!
I generally run sessions over Zoom, so that I can support women from all over the world from the comfort of their own homes, but I'm happy to meet in person for local clients.
Coaching is all about working with someone you can connect with, relate to, trust and that makes you feel comfortable. I understand that choosing a coach is a big decision, so if you're thinking about 1-1 coaching and want to get to know me better first, book in a 15 min call below for a catch up.

Trust and rapport isn't something that is built overnight, so I suggest an initial 6 session bundle, for us to get to know each other and for me to really learn about what drives you, and what's important in your day to day life. You can select from the options below:
